Army Public School & College (APSAC) Saddar Karachi was established in 1994, with the College Section being added in 2005. In 2014, APSAC Saddar Karachi underwent a bifurcation, resulting in the creation of Army Public College (APC) Saddar Karachi and Army Public School (APS) Saddar Karachi. Previously offering co-education, the institution is now divided into APSAC (Boys) Saddar Karachi and APSAC (Girls) Saddar Karachi.

APSAC (Girls) encompasses Pre-Primary, Primary, Secondary, Middle, and College Sections. It offers both Karachi and Federal Board curriculums for matriculation and intermediate level students. Conversely, APSAC (Boys) Saddar Karachi consists of a Middle Section (Classes IVVIII) and a Senior Section (Classes IX-XII), offering both Federal Board and Karachi Board curriculums.
