O levels

Affiliated and recognized with the Cambridge Studies, our O Levels functions under the instruction and guidance of APSIS in line with the international standards set for the CAIE students.

Here, we polish the cognitive skills of our students in order to transform them to become an autonomous learner.

Our main objective is to prepare them for the CAIE Examination by providing them with the best faculty. Cambridge to develop learners’ knowledge, understanding and skills in:

History of School

On termination of lease contract of Army land, USAID building was taken over by HQ Sigs 5 Corps in Feb 1995 which remained with them till Nov 2006. APS Faisal was established on 23rd Apr 1995 in three sheds of USAID building with 250 students and 12 x Faculty Members up to Class VII in the vacant Office Block of USAID. Existing sheds were renovated to make new class rooms as the school progressed, now we have 82 x Classrooms.

APS&C Faisal is not only providing quality education to the wards of armed forces persons but is also subsidizing their education through enrolment of civilian students.

There are spacious Science labs (Physic, Chemistry & Biology) in School / College and 3 x Computer Labs to cater for all the classes. Presently there are 2380 x Students, 5 x Section Heads, 156 x Teachers.

SSC is affiliated with FBISE Islamabad, Board of Intermediate Education. Army Public School & College Faisal started O Level School in April 2014. Its first batch was appeared in the year 2016 with 14 x Students. The O Level Section is affiliated with British Council.

Army Public College started the Academic Session from year 2015 with 4 x Class Rooms of school building. In the first batch 92 x Students were appeared in HSSC Annual Exams 2015. The College was shifted to its new building in Feb 2016. The College is also affiliated with Federal Board as well as Karachi Board.

  • At APS&C Faisal we encourage our students to be active participants in co-curricular activities and get a chance to showcase their hidden talents, discover new ones and so much more through various societies and clubs. The idea is to help them to reach their full potential, which can never be achieved by just cramming information from textbooks.

    • A society that embraces all forms of creativity to create something beautiful. We have separate club For English & Urdu.
  • 2. Young Journalist
    • Students are trained in the art of public speaking, and participate in both parliamentary and MUN competitions.

    • Art & Craft is a fun way for students to learn about making household objects into works of art. Crafts explore themes such as culture, science and math.

    • Students who enjoy athletics & games explore and participate in a variety of sporting activities at all levels.

    • Schools incorporates all the protocol and discipline of a more traditional taekwondo & Self Defense. The program is progressive, using belt promotions as the strong motivator.

    • Qirat & Naat club enhance students’ attachment to Islam. Students get chance to polish and showcase their talent in recitation.
