Army Public School & College (Girls) Saddar Karachi celebrated Labour Day on May 2, 2023. The event included various activities to raise awareness about the day's significance. Teachers conducted discussions, role-plays, and displayed posters. Refreshments were provided for the Ancillary staff, and tokens of appreciation were presented. Students expressed their gratitude through cards during a Labour Day walk. It was a successful and enjoyable event.

On May 8th, Army Public School & College (Girls) Saddar Karachi commemorated World Hand Hygiene Day, with students from all sections, spanning from Pre-School to Senior SSC, actively participating in the event. The students displayed remarkable enthusiasm and fervor throughout the celebration.

Labor Day has been celebrated at APS&C Saddar (Boys) with full fervor and passion by all staff & students. An Assembly has been scheduled for the celebration of Labor Day. Students participated in the assembly with great zeal. Middle school students presented a tableau with the message, "Child labor is a crime; instead of child labor, we should educate them”. Bulletin boards, Standees, and posters were done with the theme. A poem was dedicated by a senior section teacher to our school's ancillary staff. Students presented flowers and card to the ancillary staff. Students of middle section imposed a PowerPoint presentation on Labor Day. High tea was served to the ancillary staff as a token of thanks for their hard work and dedication it was financed by teachers. Students of Pre-Nine conducted an etiquettes learning session in which they taught essential manners to the ancillary staff. The Day was ended successfully.
On April 27th, 2023, Colgate conducted an interactive session at APS&C Girls Saddar, Karachi for students from classes 1 to 6. Ms. Shazia Munsi informed students about oral hygiene, demonstrated proper brushing techniques, and showed an educational video. The session included engaging activities, and students received goodie bags with toothbrush and toothpaste samples. Overall, the visit was valuable, teaching essential oral hygiene practices and providing tools for maintaining oral health. Ms. Shazia praised the school's organization, arrangements, and well-mannered students.
Pakistan Day was celebrated at APS&C Saddar (Boys) with high spirits by all staff & students.

The principal of APS&C (Boys) enlightened the audience with his views highlighting the importance of the event. A poster & Creative writing competition was also arranged in which students expressed their thoughts through their creativity. A quiz has been conducted and prizes were also distributed to the winners. An outdoor campaign was also done in which students clamored with the slogan of WE ARE ONE & PAKISTAN ZINDABAD. Students wore headbands and sashes with the phrase "We are one" on them.
APSAC (Boys) has arranged a Teething awareness session with the collaboration of Colgate. The Colgate team conducted an interactive session for around 800 students. The session comprised an oral presentation of common oral diseases, their etiological and risk factors, and a particular emphasis on preventive measures. The team conveyed the information through artificial teeth models, charts, and lively interaction. Oral hygiene practices such as meticulous tooth-brushing techniques were also demonstrated on models. In the end, the queries and problems of the students regarding oral health were addressed. The Colgate team provided souvenirs to the students and staff members.
